En resumen
TriviX League es un juego de preguntas. Para guardar tu progreso y para que puedas jugar con otras personas, necesita guardar algunos datos tuyos. No vendemos tus datos a nadie, y puedes borrar tu cuenta entera desde la propia aplicación cuando quieras.

Qué datos recogemos y para qué

TriviX League no accede a tu ubicación, ni a tus contactos, ni a tu micrófono. El acceso a la galería o a la cámara solo ocurre si tú eliges poner una foto de perfil, y únicamente con la imagen que selecciones.
Con base en qué lo hacemos
Tratamos tus datos para poder prestarte el servicio que has pedido al crear la cuenta (ejecución de un contrato, artículo 6.1.b del RGPD). La foto de perfil es opcional y se trata con tu consentimiento, que puedes retirar quitándola en cualquier momento. Los anuncios se muestran con base en un interés legítimo (mantener la aplicación gratuita); si están personalizados, se basan además en tu consentimiento, que te pedimos antes de mostrártelos si estás en el Espacio Económico Europeo y puedes retirar en cualquier momento desde el propio formulario de consentimiento.

Otras personas dentro del juego
Tu nombre, tu foto, tu código, tu rango y tus puntuaciones son visibles para otros jugadores: aparecen en los rankings, en los grupos a los que perteneces y en el perfil que ven tus amigos. Los mensajes que escribes los ve quien está en esa conversación. Ten esto en cuenta al elegir tu nombre y tu foto.
Proveedores
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) guarda la cuenta y los datos del juego. Actúa como encargado del tratamiento por cuenta nuestra.
- Google Play gestiona los pagos si compras la versión VIP. Nosotros no vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta en ningún momento.
- Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited) muestra los anuncios dentro de la aplicación: un anuncio a pantalla completa cada dos retos completados, y un anuncio opcional a cambio de un duelo competitivo extra. Los usuarios VIP no ven ninguno. Antes de mostrarte anuncios personalizados, si estás en el Espacio Económico Europeo, se te pide consentimiento; si no lo das, se te muestran anuncios no personalizados.
Estos proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. Cuando ocurre, se apoyan en las garantías previstas por la normativa europea, como las cláusulas contractuales tipo aprobadas por la Comisión.
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Mientras tengas la cuenta abierta. Cuando la borras, se eliminan: tu perfil, tu progreso, tus puntuaciones, tus mensajes privados y tu pertenencia a los grupos.
Hay una excepción que conviene que sepas: los mensajes que hayas escrito en el chat de un grupo pueden seguir viéndose para el resto de miembros, igual que una carta que ya has enviado. Si quieres que se borren también, escríbenos.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedirnos acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, llevártelos a otro servicio, limitar su uso u oponerte a él. Escríbenos a TriviXsn@gmail.com y te responderemos en el plazo máximo de un mes.
La forma más rápida de borrar todo es hacerlo tú mismo: Ajustes → Tu cuenta → Borrar mi cuenta. También puedes pedirlo desde esta página.
Si crees que no hemos atendido bien tu solicitud, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Cambios en esta política
Si cambiamos algo importante, lo verás aquí con una fecha nueva de actualización, y si afecta a cómo usamos tus datos te avisaremos dentro de la aplicación.

In short
TriviX League is a trivia game. To save your progress and let you play with other people, it needs to store some of your data. We do not sell your data to anyone, and you can delete your entire account from inside the app whenever you want.

What data we collect and why

TriviX League does not access your location, your contacts or your microphone. Access to your gallery or camera happens only if you choose to set a profile picture, and only for the image you select.
Our legal basis
We process your data in order to provide the service you asked for when you created the account (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The profile picture is optional and is processed with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by removing it. Ads are shown on the basis of legitimate interest (keeping the app free); personalized ads are additionally based on your consent, which we ask for before showing them if you are in the European Economic Area, and which you can withdraw at any time from the consent form itself.
Who else sees this data
Other people inside the game
Your name, picture, code, rank and scores are visible to other players: they appear on the leaderboards, in the groups you belong to, and in the profile your friends can see. The messages you write are seen by whoever is in that conversation. Keep this in mind when choosing your name and your picture.
Providers
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) stores the account and the game data. It acts as a data processor on our behalf.
- Google Play handles payments if you buy the VIP version. We never see or store your card details at any point.
- Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited) shows the ads inside the app: a full-screen ad every two completed challenges, and an optional ad in exchange for an extra ranked duel. VIP users never see any. If you are in the European Economic Area, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads; if you don't give it, you are shown non-personalized ads instead.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, they rely on the safeguards provided by European law, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete it, the following are erased: your profile, your progress, your scores, your private messages and your group memberships.
There is one exception you should know about: messages you have written in a group chat may remain visible to the other members, much like a letter you have already sent. If you want those deleted too, write to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, take it to another service, restrict its use or object to it. Write to TriviXsn@gmail.com and we will reply within one month at the latest.
The fastest way to delete everything is to do it yourself: Settings → Your account → Delete my account. You can also request it from this page.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), or to the supervisory authority in your country.

If we change anything important, you will see it here with a new update date, and if it affects how we use your data we will tell you inside the app.
