Detrás de TriviX League hay un chaval con ganas de hacer su propio juego para móvil y de aprender por el camino. Sin empresa detrás, sin inversores y sin nadie a quien pasarle los marrones cuando algo se rompe.

Behind TriviX League there is one guy who wants to build his own mobile game and learn along the way. No company backing it, no investors, and nobody else to hand the problems to when something breaks.

Empecé porque siempre me han gustado los juegos de preguntas, pero quería uno que fuese rápido de verdad: que se pudiese jugar en cinco minutos en el autobús, que tuviese pique con los amigos y que no te pidiera dinero cada dos pantallas. Como no encontré exactamente eso, me puse a hacerlo.

I started because I have always loved quiz games, but I wanted one that was genuinely quick: something you could play in five minutes on the bus, that gave you real bragging rights against your friends, and that did not ask you for money every other screen. I could not find exactly that, so I set out to build it.

Todo lo que ves —las más de 4.000 preguntas, los duelos 1 contra 1, los rangos, los grupos con chat, incluso esta misma web— lo he ido montando poco a poco, equivocándome bastante y arreglándolo después. No soy un estudio profesional y se nota en algunas cosas, pero cada versión sale mejor que la anterior, y eso es exactamente lo que quiero seguir haciendo.

Everything you see here — the 4,000-plus questions, the 1-on-1 duels, the ranks, the groups with their own chat, even this website — I have put together bit by bit, getting plenty of things wrong and fixing them afterwards. I am not a professional studio and it shows in places, but every version comes out better than the last, and that is exactly what I want to keep doing.

Por eso me importa de verdad lo que pienses. That is why what you think genuinely matters to me.
